    This book, a cornerstone of Beat Literature, deals with the often surreal world of the drug addict. This book, and others in his oeuvre, had far-reaching influence on Beat Literature (most notably the poet Allen Ginsburg.) This copy belonged to artist and historian, Stephen Longstreet, with his ownership signature on the title-page.
