Appleton & Co., 1893), first edition, 664 pages plus two pages of advertisements, blue cloth binding with gilt lettering on the spine and front cover, 8vo (6" x 9.25"), clear plastic dust cover, housed in a beautiful, sturdy blue custom quarter leather slipcase with marbled paper boards, gilt spine lettering, and five raised spine bands. Illustrated throughout with engravings by H. B. Hall, Jr. of New York. Boldly signed "William McKinley Dec. 15/94" on the front free endpaper. A handsome edition of McKinley's public addresses "From His Election To Congress To The Present Time." Very good condition, with minimal shelf wear, and one small nick at the head of the spine. Textblock is sound and the binding is strong.
