Large quarto. Approximately 11.75 x 9 inches. Unpaginated. Complete with fifty-four hand-colored plates throughout (four of which are fold-out, one is double-page). Bound in nineteenth-century half brown calf over brown cloth, spine lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, top edges gilt, marbled endleaves. Binding somewhat worn, front hinge starting, ink markings on front endleaves, an ink design on rear endleaves, minor foxing and thumbsoiling throughout. Plates quite clean with vibrant color. Overall, a near fine copy.
