    More Information: 404 pages. Publisher's olive green cloth with facsimile autograph of the author in gilt on the front board; gilt titles and butterfly on finger design on spine, upper edge gilt. Binding lightly rubbed and soiled, corners and spine ends bumped, spine darkened; holograph pencil bookseller's notes on front pastedown, pages with occasional creases, edge wear to pages with minor chipping, discoloration to Annex title and facing page from previously laid in paper, few pages lightly over-opened showing sewing; else in very good condition. From the Estate of Rod McKuen.
