    Shel Silverstein Inscribed and Signed Copy of Where the Sidewalk Ends. New York: Harper & Row, 1974. Octavo, 166 pages plus an index. Inscribed on the front free endpaper, "For Mariane (Adult) With Love / Shel Silverstein." Brown cloth covered boards with a facsimile of Silverstein's autograph on the front cover. Black lettering at the spine. Original dust jacket. The book features dozens of fanciful poems written and illustrated by Silverstein, and is established as one of the enduring children's books of the 20th century.

    Condition: Toning, foxing, and wear to the dust jacket. Denting to covers of book at bottom edge, and light foxing to endpapers. Boldly signed.
