    First edition. Signed by Burke. Octavo. 145 pages.

    Publisher's full blue cloth with dark pink lettering on backstrip. Binding very slightly cocked. Ex-library copy with stamping and faint evidence of adhesive residue on backstrip. Very good in facsimile dust jacket.

    Burke's first collection of short stories and his rarest book. Published in an edition of only about 500 copies, most went to libraries and institutions. Copies signed by Burke are especially scarce.
