Very good in brittle and faded dust jacket. Author's inscription reads: "Below is a portrait of the castle called Mist, by my father. Cordially, Fritz Leiber." Tipped in is a photograph of the painting. At the bottom is an inscription from the author's father, actor Fritz Leiber, Sr., expressing pride in his son's literary success as well as stating the passage in the book which inspired his painting. The author's first book, and a wonderful association item. [and:] Two Sought Adventure. New York: Gnome Press, 1957. First edition. Octavo. 186 pages. Black cloth over boards. Some toning to pages. Very good in crisp dust jacket. Collection of short stories featuring Leiber's most famous characters, Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser.
