Inscribed, signed and dated by the author on the title page. Beige cloth with the front cover stamped in brown and the spine stamped in gilt. Housed in chemise and slipcase. Very good.

    Housed in a brown chemise and quarter leather over brown cloth slipcase with the spine stamped in gilt.

    Binding displays some rubbing, soiling, bumping to the corners and spine ends, darkening to the spine and the gilt is rubbing off from the spine. Textblock edges are slightly discolored. Some rubbing and scuffing to the slipcase. A very good copy of the author's first novel.   

    First edition points: Misprint "Y  ears" rather than "Years" on page 4, and the "l" in "goldenrod" is missing on page 169 line 11.
