    [Willy Pogany, illustrator]. Samuel Taylor Coleridge. The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. London: George Harrap, [1910]. First Pogany edition. Limited to 525 numbered copies, this being 279, signed by Pogany. Quarto. Calligraphic letterpress, tipped-in color plates within decorated borders, illustrated and decorated throughout. Light brown polished morocco over boards. Gilt lettering to spine; gilt design and lettering to top board. Top edge gilt. Spine dulled. Extremities rubbed, boards slightly scuffed. An attempt has been made to erase an inked inscription from the front pastedown. Overall, a very good, internally clean and vibrant copy of one of Pogany's most masterful productions.
