[xii], 158 pages. With decorations by E. H. Shepard. Publisher's gilt pictorial stamped brown cloth, gilt lettered spine; front board wrinkled. Map endpapers. All edges trimmed, internally clean, with an instance or two of minor foxing. Pictorial dust jacket, minor wear. Inscription strong and clean in blue ink. "With compliments" slip laid-in from The Harbour Bookshop, owned by Christopher Milne.
