Sculptor Victor David Brenner Personally Owned Book. Biographical Dictionary of Medalist's, Coin-, Gem- and Seal-Engravers, &c. Ancient and Modern with References To Their Works, B.C. 500 - A.D. 1900. (London: Spink & Son, Ltd., 1909), Vol. IV only. From the original ltd. edition of only 300 copies, this comes from the library of Victor David Brenner (1871 - 1924), Lithuanian-born American sculptor, and designer of the Lincoln one cent coin first issued in 1909. Brenner's bookplate is affixed to the front endpaper: "Ex Libris: Victor D. Brenner."This is not signed by Brenner. An extremely desirable book for the specialist in numismatic literature. Very Good, some wear to corners, front cover expertly re-attached. Original half-morocco and blue cloth covers.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
