Robert Louis Stevenson. The Body-Snatcher. New York: The Merriam Company, [1895]. First edition, second volume in Merriam's "Violet Series." Sixteenmo. 61, [3, ads] pages. Four full-page illustrations. Publisher's pale violet cloth, spine and front stamped in violet. Spine dulled, with loss of majority of violet stamping; mild wear at spine ends and along joints; mild rubbing and soiling to boards; light wear along board edges. Front hinge split, but still sound, with adhesive residue along inner edges of front endpapers. Text block dulled; frontispiece just starting to come detached at foot; gutters overopened throughout; occasional spots of soiling scattered throughout interior. Very good.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
