Octavo, pp. [1-7] 8-302 [303: printer's imprint] [304: blank], original pictorial red-orange cloth, front and spine panels stamped in black. A fine copy in defective (but still attractive) pictorial dust jacket that lacks the spine panel, has some shelf wear along top edges, and partial closed splits at flap folds. A scarce book rarely found in dust jacket.
