[2: blank], 217, [218: blank], [219: about the author], [220-222: blank] pages. Publisher's grey quarter-cloth binding, spine lettered in black, yellow, red, light purple, white, pink and green, over decorated paper boards lettered in black, in original dust jacket. Minute rubbing to lower corner tips, abrasion to lower edge of title page where something was erased, else a fine copy in fine dust jacket. A nice copy. Scarce in superior condition.

    6000 copies printed.
