[2, blank], x, 219, [1, blank], [1, note], [1, printer's imprint], [1, advertisement], [1 blank] pages, with second-priority thirty-two page publisher's catalog inserted at rear, headed by The Manxman and concluding with Out of Due Season. Original brown cloth, front board decoratively stamped and lettered in red and black, spine lettered in black. Inserted frontispiece with tissue guard. Cloth darkened, particularly at backstrip, gentle spine lean, light wear to spine ends, top edge dust soiled, corners bumped. Front endpaper excised with small stub remaining, rear hinge starting, previous owner signature on verso of preliminary blank, small bookseller rubber stamp to rear endpaper. Good. Currey, 420.
