Allen St. John inserted throughout. Publisher's full brick-red cloth, front board and spine stamped in black; original illustrated dust jacket. Spine sunned with some mild edgewear and creases, minor rubbing to boards, minor wear to corners. Jacket somewhat thumbsoiled, some edgewear, chipping and a few short tears, a few small spots of dampstaining. Still, a very good copy, rare in the original dust jacket. Zeuschner, p. 234. The second novel in the Pellucidar series.
