    Edgar Rice Burroughs. Group of Nine Tarzan Titles. Tarzana: Edgar Rice Burroughs, [1931-1947]. First editions. Nine octavos. Publisher's blue cloth, top edges red, in dust jackets. Jackets lightly rubbed, soiled, edgeworn with chips and loss, some cello-tape repairs on versos and rectos. Rubbing and extremity wear, spines slightly color-faded and leaning, light toning on page edges, bookplates, pencil and ink ownership marks, thumbsoiling, several places over-opened. Tarzan the Magnificent, ex-library with bookplate of "Roy & Dela White" covering inkstamps. Tarzan and the Forbidden City stained on front and rear endpapers, and Tarzan and the Leopard Men stained on endpapers and top edge. Tarzan the Invincible has stain and signs of erasure on front free endpaper. Good or better.
