    More Information: A. E. van Vogt. The Weapon Makers. Hadley Publishing Co., 1947. First edition, first printing. Signed by author on the title page, "Peacefully / A. E. van Vogt". Octovo. 224 pages. Publisher's orange cloth mild rubbing, and faint bumping to corners. Offsetting to endpapers. Toning and light rubbing to dust jacket with a two-inch area of chipping along top edge of rear panel. Very good. Laid in is a signed note from bookseller David Aronovitz stating that this copy comes from the personal library of E. E. "Doc" Smith. From the Almington Collection.
