    Juttner (1775-1848) was an artillery officer who eventually reached the level of major general. He was a lieutenant in the Austrian artillery at the time of this book. He was interested in mathematics and astronomy. He produced globes of the world and the heavens, armillary spheres and scientific instruments. There is a long entry (unfortunately for this bibliographer in Czech) in the Ottuv Slovnik Nancny... 1896 p706. Houzeau/Lancaster 9808. OCLC 85612170 (1 copy only in the Nat. Lib. of the Czech Republic).
