Small pencil mark near the dust jacket price. Minor, barely-detectable, professional restoration / touch-up at the spine ends of the jacket.

    The Moon is a Harsh Mistress was originally serialized in the World of If magazine. It won Heinlein his fourth Hugo Award in 1967. "Leaders of the Moon colony declare independence from Earth, making it stick with the aid of sentient computer 'Mike.' The parallels with American revolution are obvious and seem intended. Stock Heinlein characters; fast adventure narrative. Neospace opera" (Barron).
