Publisher's brownish red cloth, boards stamped in blind, spine lettered in gilt; top edge stained brownish red; in original dust jacket. Backstrip dulled; edges of boards sunned; light rubbing to spine edges; very minor soiling to upper edge of text block. Dust jacket spine panel tanned; jacket panels a little toned in the margins; tape reinforcement to the edges of the verso, with some bleed through visible on the recto; upper edge of rear joint potentially splitting and mended by tape; some edgewear with a few small tears and mild chips; some light soiling.
