Rex Stout. The Hand in the Glove. A Dol Bonner Mystery. New York: Farrar & Rinehart, Inc., [1937]. First trade edition of the only Dol Bonner Mystery. Octavo. [iv], [1]-284 pages. Publisher's full red cloth, front board and spine stamped in black. In the original publisher's dust jacket. Cloth spine slightly rubbed and soiled. Boards mildly rubbed and bumped. Jacket a bit edgeworn, with several chips and small tears. Jacket lightly thumbsoiled. Still, a very good copy.

A smart and resourceful female private detective, Theodolinda ("Dol") Bonner is successful enough to own her own detective agency. This is the only novel that features her as the main protagonist, but she does make occasional appearances in several Nero Wolfe novels. This novel was the basis of the 1992 television movie, Lady Against the Odds, starring Crystal Bernard as Bonner.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
