    First edition. Folio. [viii], 431 pages. Woodcut initials and chapter headings.

    Three-quarter black leather over marbled boards with a light green leather spine title label lettered in gilt. Marbled edges. Significant wear, abrading, and rubbing to the binding, but still strong, with the front hinge just starting. Uneven toning and foxing/spotting throughout. Small hole in Bb2, affecting some text near the fore-edge margin. Small area of white soiling to Cc2, which has offset to some adjacent leaves. Overall, a near very good copy.
