Childe, Postant apud Jacobum Knapton... 1696. Text in Latin. Contemporary full leather. Rubbing, soiling, and wear to extremities. Bookplate. Spine and corners bumped and showing. Cracking and loss on spine. Joints cracked. Textblock cockled. Browning and staining on edges. Hinges broken, repaired with packing tape. Holographic "M" on lower margin of title page, and tearing with loss on the lower corner. Older ink signature on rear pastedown. Closed tear affecting text on B2; "78" written on the upper margin. Age-toning, foxing, and dampstaining. Fair.
