New York: Heritage Press, 1946 [and] 1947. Two quarto volumes. Both with color illustrations by Arthur Szyk. Publisher's cloth bindings with a color Szyk illustration set on each front cover. In slipcases. Bindings lightly rubbed and soiled. Pages with occasional smudges or minor soiling. Slipcases rubbed and soiled, with chips and tears, one front panel separating. Very good books in good slipcases.
