Quarto. xx, 152 pages. Illustrated by Joseph Mugnaini with one full-page original lithograph and three fold-out color plates. Hand-bound in aluminum over boards. Silkscreened in red, white and black. All page edges silvered. Housed in the original silver paper slipcase lettered in black. A few short fingernail marks and some light bumps to the boards. Minor rubbing to the slipcase. Near fine.
