A few plates with gilt edges or tissue guards. Includes images of statues and reliefs depicting classical figures; scenes such as "Columbus Breaking the Egg" and "Rebekah at the Well"; portraits of Sir Walter Scott, Marguerite de Navarre, and Henry Howard; and many more. Some duplicates. Edge wear, corner bends or creases, small margin tears with few minor paper losses and chips. From light to moderate foxing. Occasional minor soiling. Overall very good.
