Publisher's laminated boards designed by Saul Steinberg, without dust jacket, as issued. Spine a bit toned, front joint cracking, some toning to boards, and some bumping to boards, tear to front pastedown due to the cracking of the front joint, gutter facing the half-title starting. Good. Contains texts by William Faulkner, John Steinbeck, Simone de Beauvoir and others not included in the Grove Press publication.
