Presentation copy, inscribed by Evans in pencil on the front free endpaper: "______________/"called?"/Walker Evans". Small quarto. [xiv], 178 pages. With inserted errata slip. Publisher's full black cloth, front cover and spine lettered in white, dust jacket. Jacket spine a bit scuffed, some wear to jacket, upper front corner bumped, inoffensive pencil markings on blank versos throughout. Still, a near fine copy, inscribed to a prominent photography collector. Auer, p. 456. The Photobook, I, p. 253.
