To "Mexicanos," signed in type by Angel G. Quintanar, President, José R. Male and Rafael de Montalvo, Secretaries. Contains Mexico's reaction to the Battle of San Jacinto. Light rippling throughout. Very fresh appearance. Fine condition. Contemporary three-quarter crimson cloth folder with gilt lettering "Manifesto Del Congreso Rallying Mexico After Santa Anna's Defeat at San Jacinto July, 1836" on leather spine.
