    Two Original Drawings by Garth Williams

    Garth Williams (American 1912-1996). Two Drawings for Harry Cat's Pet Puppy by George Selden. [N.p., n.d., ca. 1973]. One drawing in ink on paper measuring approximately 7 x 9 inches, signed in full by Garth Williams on the reverse. The other, the preliminary sketch for this drawing in pencil on paper measuring 11 x 8.5 inches, initialed by Garth Williams. Both fine. Also included is a manila mailing envelope from Guitar Player Magazine addressed to Williams in Mexico, with Williams' writing on the outside of the envelope: "'Huppy' - Harry Cat's Pet Puppy / Rough Sketches."
