Privately printed. 8vo, 284 pages. 12 plates, plus frontispiece. Modern cloth binding with titles stamped on the spine in white. Overall toning to pages; scattered spots of light soiling throughout. Small tears at the edges of pages 75, 147, 155, 183, 189, 217, and 237. Light shelfwear.

    Sullivan recounts his early life and service in Company "B" of the Texas Rangers' Frontier Battalion. Chapters are devoted to the hanging of Bill Longley, the capture of Henry Carothers, the arrest of O. N. Hollingsworth, the Gordon train robbery, the murder of Edd Hartman, and numerous tales of Indian fights.
