    A reprint of the first edition printed in London for Andrew Crooke, 1661. Folio. 356 pages. Index. Woodcut coats-of-arms.

    Brown leather with gilt titles and decorations on spine and front cover. Marbled endpapers. Blank page on verso of frontispiece is inscribed by a previous owner and dated 1876. Some toning in the paper. Moderate wear, rubbing, and leather loss on the binding. Overall very good.

    Historian Percy Enderbie (1601-1670) lived in Wales, was fluent in the language, and wrote this work in part to demonstrate the Welsh descent of the Stuarts. Much of his research material was collected at the library of his brother-in-law, Sir Edward Morgan. Enderbie's final resting place is located at Caerleon-on-Usk in southeast Wales.
