    John James Audubon. Group of Over Eighty Prints from the Amsterdam The Birds of America. [New York and Amsterdam: Johnson Reprint Corporation and Theatrum orbis terrarum, 1971-1972]. Amsterdam edition, originally printed in 250 sets (of which fifty to seventy-five were bound) consisting of 435 facsimile reproductions of the Havell originals. Double-elephant folio (approximately 39.5 x 26.25 inches; 1000 x 665 mm.). Eighty-six illustrated prints, watermarked. Loose leaves, unbound. Some corners bumped; occasional faint marginal soiling, trivial edgewear. Generally near fine. Mostly small bird prints.
