Oblong folio. Approximately 14 x 19 inches. [iv] pages. With eighty-seven tinted lithographed plates of cattle and several divisional titles inserted. Complete. Bound in contemporary quarter dark green morocco over green cloth boards, spine ruled and lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, Binding somewhat worn, bumped and soiled, front hinge just starting, hinges cracking, some light to moderate foxing throughout. Overall, a very good copy.
    Plates illustrate cattle of Great Britain, Holland, Denmark, and the Austrian Empire.
