    Octavo. [xii], [290], [2, blank] pages. Publisher's full black cloth, boards and spine stamped in orange. In the original publisher's dust jacket. Cloth spine a bit sunned, some wear, thumbsoiling to binding, endleaves toned and somewhat foxed, some occasional thumbsoiling in text. Jacket somewhat rubbed, thumbsoiled, a few scuff-marks and tiny holes. Very good.
