A near fine copy in a good dust jacket. No auction records found in Rare Book Hub. Edwin Baird was a briefly tenured editor of the pulp Weird Tales, the magazine's first, where he published H. P. Lovecraft; he also edited crime pulps and wrote his own stories. (Jason Ray Carney, "Something That Swayed as If in Unison," collected in The Unique Legacy of Weird Tales, Lanham: 2015, p. 5).
