Inscribed by Kaminsky on the first title-leaf: "Original manuscript./Corrections in black ink/are mine./Stuart M. Kaminsky/5/11/85". With the author's (and editor's) annotations throughout. On quarto-sized white typing paper (approximately 11 x 8.5 inches; 280 x 215 mm.) [iii], 1-315, [1, blank] leaves. Text on rectos only. First few and final few leaves worn with some marginal wear and chips. Occasional thumbsoiling, marginal wear, creases to text. Still, a fine example of a working typescript. Housed in clamshell case.
