[10], 138, [2, blank], [4, publisher's ads], [4, blank] pages. Publisher's green cloth, spine and front lettered in gilt; all text block edges trimmed, top edge gilt. Spine leaning; spine ends pushed and worn; light wear along joints; boards rubbed; fairly mild wear at edges; corners tapped; green color added to wear at joints, spine ends, and corners. Text block slightly dulled from age; faint, marginal spot-staining and soiling scattered throughout interior. Near fine. A Haycraft Queen Cornerstone.
