Publisher's white quarter-cloth over black paper-covered boards, spine lettered in red; top edge trimmed, others untrimmed; in original dust jacket. Backstrip very faintly dulled; upper board edges very faintly faded; extremities lightly rubbed; top corners very softly bumped. Page margins browned, as frequently is the case. Dust jacket lightly rubbed, with minor color loss at front flap fold and very faint soiling to rear panel; light edgewear with a few very small chips at edges of folds; soft diagonal crease at bottom edge of front flap. Near fine. Basis for the 1960 Hitchcock thriller. From the KoKo Collection.
