Octavo. 337 pp. Illustrated with plates, including frontispiece, and one floorplan. Publisher's pictorial tan cloth stamped in black and brown. Minor edgewear, spine cocked. Internally generally clean; top edge slightly darkened, minor edgewear. Very good.

First American edition, publisher's (1) on last page. 330, [6, publisher's ads] pp. Publisher's pictorial brown cloth stamped in orange and white. Corners bumped and rubbed, moderate edgewear, somewhat rubbed and soiled, dampstaining, 1.5 x 1-inch gouge on back board. Endpapers foxed. Dampstaining to bottom edge at back half of text block, intermittent foxing and soiling, minor edgewear, some soiling on edges, top edge darkened. Good.

Feldman, noted antiquarian bookseller, to the front free endpaper recto. Octavo. 307 pp. Publisher's black-stamped brick red cloth. Corners bumped, rubbed, moderate edgewear, spine sunned. Rear hinge starting. Internally generally clean; some gutters overextended, text block slightly toned, intermittent foxing chiefly contained to edges, top edge darkened. Good+
