Publisher's dual-colored, blue and green cloth, spine and front board lettered in dark green, green top stain, in original dust jacket. Backstrip faintly dulled, edges lightly worn with small bump to upper edge of front board, lower corners and foot of spine softly bumped. Jacket edges worn, particularly at folds and spine ends, rear panel creased across upper margin and near lower edge of joint fold, spine and fold ends chipped, rear flap fold splitting but still attached, spine panel faintly dulled. About very good. A Philip Marlowe mystery adapted for the screen in 1973 by Robert Altman.
