Octavo. [xii], 288, 32 [publisher's catalog] pages. Frontispiece and nine additional inserted plates, six of which are illustrations by H. M. Brock, remaining leaves with nine photographic reproductions; in-text plans. Publisher's brown cloth, spine lettered in gilt, front stamped in light brown and black; top and fore-edge trimmed. Spine skewed; spine ends pushed and worn; light wear along joints with loss to cloth and slight fraying around a small hole at head of rear joint; very mild rubbing to boards; slight red staining toward bottom of rear board; minor wear along edges; corners bumped. Text block dulled; top edge slightly dust-soiled; corners softened; slight discoloration, rubbing, and soiling to endpapers; occasional marginal spot-staining, foxing, and soiling scattered throughout interior; evidence of dog-earing.
