Spine ends crimped or softly pushed and lightly worn; light soiling to backstrip of Singing Bone, vast majority of white lettering lacking to Eye of Osiris, vertical creases to spines of plain-cloth Eye of Osiris and Case-Book; majority of volumes with mild wear along joints; occasional light rubbing or spot-soiling to boards; some loss to white lettering at front board of Eye of Osiris; minor wear along bottom edges. Text block edges softly dulled from age; top edges slightly dusty; fore-edges of Eye of Osiris and 31 New Inn slightly spotted; some faint foxing and discoloration (mostly from offsetting and binder's glue) to endpapers; soft creasing to rear endpaper of Signing Bone, with armorial bookplate and previous owner signature; effaced owner signature to Eye of Osiris; bookseller ticket at front pastedown of plain-cloth Eye of Osiris; 31 New Inn with previous owner signature and engraved bookplate; Case-Book with surface loss to front pastedown, and previous owner signature. Near fine overall. Singing Bone and 31 New Inn with red leather book labels of Florence and Edward Kaye, 31 New Inn also has bookplate of Vincent Starrett. Singing Bone is Queen's Quorum 52 and a Haycraft Queen Cornerstone; Eye of Osiris is a Haycraft Queen Cornerstone.
