Publisher's full blue cloth; front, rear and spine stamped in black; front and spine lettered in silver. Original illustrated dust jacket. All edges trimmed. Spine slightly skewed; fairly mild wear to edges and joints; a bit of soiling to boards; light scuffing at rear resulting in some loss to black stamping; spine ends softened. A touch of soiling to edges of text block. Thumb- and spot-soiling scattered occasional throughout first few gatherings of text. Jacket very lightly rubbed and rippled with minor wear at spine ends, joints and flap folds; flaps clipped. Near fine book in a beautiful, about fine jacket. From the Otto Penzler Collection of Mystery Fiction.
