Publisher's cloth, spines lettered, lettering at two front boards; all text block edges trimmed, one top edge stained dark green; original illustrated dust jackets. Spine ends faintly worn, soiled, or discolored, with feet pushed or crimped; Uneasy Terms and Keep the Change backstrips slightly discolored; a few boards lightly rubbed, with a bit of soiling or uneven fading; Say When special edition boards bowed; minor wear and bumping to edges and corners. Text blocks softly dulled with age; some light spotting to edges; previous owner signature at front free endpaper of Keep the Change. A few jacket spine panels sunned; wear to spine and flap fold ends, ranging from minimal nicking (to Hangman, reinforced with brown paper at verso, and Uneasy Terms, reinforced with clear tape) to small chips (Keep the Change, reinforced with tape at verso); tidemark at foot of spine panel of first edition Say When, small hole and wear along spine panel of Keep the Change; wear and soft creasing at folds; occasional spot-staining or soiling and edge wear at front and rear panels, including a handful of short tears; Hangman and Uneasy Terms price-clipped. Near fine books in very good to near fine jackets.
