Publisher's red cloth, spine lettered in black; all text block edges trimmed; original dust jacket, restored. Spine ends slightly softened, foot of spine rolled; minor wear showing along joints, particularly at ends; light soiling to boards, including black staining at fore-edge of front board; minimal wear along bottom edges; corners tapped, with most pronounced bump at lower rear corner. Text block edges faintly foxed, with a few stains along bottom and fore-edge; mild soiling to endpapers; bump to lower rear corner affecting majority of page edges; occasional spots of soiling scattered throughout interior. Paper restorations along lower edge of jacket and at head of spine panel and flap folds, visible at verso only; recto lightly rubbed and soiled, with wear and soft creasing along folds; evidence of added color at restorations only in raking light; price-clipped. Near fine.
