Octavo (6.75 x 4.875 inches; 172 x 125 mm.). xv, [1, blank], [2, contents (verso blank)], 284, [4, ads] pages, bound without the preliminary Hudson Library ad leaf found in the wrapper issue. Publisher's light brownish-orange cloth, spine and front board lettered in green; front board ruled in green with decorative cornerpieces; all edges of the text block trimmed; plain endpapers.
