Publisher's brownish red paper-covered boards, spine lettered in gilt, in original dust jacket, trimmed slightly shorter than the boards. Very gentle spine lean; board edges rubbed. Text block slightly over-opened at a couple places. Spine panel very faintly dulled; scant trivial edgewear. Near fine. A difficult book to find in collectible condition. The seventh Travis McGee mystery but first to be published in hardcover in the U. S. Basis for the only Travis McGee film adaption. From the KoKo Collection.
