    J. P. Marquand. Mr. Moto Is So Sorry. Boston: Little, Brown, and Company, 1938. First edition. Octavo. 296 pages. Publisher's full green cloth, front board and spine stamped in red, price-clipped dust jacket. Jacket is dampstained at panels and spine some edgewear and mild scuffing, chipping and a few tears (one jagged creased tear at the front panel has a tape repair to verso). Jacket spine toned. Cloth spine toned, some rubbing to binding, some soiling to boards (more prevalent on the rear board). Previous owner's gift inscription on front free endpaper. Still, very good. From the collection of Donald Kaufmann.
